Doesn't the "C" mean you'll get over them easily too?

No, seriously?

I don't understand where the OCD comes into it, but loving people do get attached to other people easily.

It doesn't mean you're screwed. It means you are blessed.

Repetitive behaviors and patterns. Yes, I think I get what you are saying.

And yes...if you continue to do the same thing you will continue to get the same results.

Getting attached before there is a reason too or a meaningful relationship is dangerous for yourself and goes beyond just being a loving person. There is help out there to help you regain control.

but...that's not OCD.

OCD is about hand washing many times a day/hour, fear of germs, doorknobs, shaking hands with people and more germs...

also...everything in the pantry has to face a certain way and be lined up. Certain glasses in the cabinet go in certain spots and cannot be anywhere else or it's out of place

There are many different forms of OCD....that's just the stereotype that we see in the media. Any kind of obsessive behavior is a form of OCD. He really could have it if he becomes obsessive about people.

My friend BillyBob Thorton is like that. I used to rearrange the soda in his fridge, just to watch him freak out. He probably never checks out MD so I am most likely safe.

I do, too. It runs in my family on my dad's side and my sister also has it (worse than I do). I am the most disorganized person you will ever meet, but I become very engrossed in things and I have compulsions like I have to play every game on a website in order or grab my muscles every time they twitch. Haha.

I count many times during the day. I count the files on my computer. I have to count my Dr Pepper cans. It pisses me off sometimes when something is missing.

I guess I get attached to people very easily too.
