I have more of a ?.On this site,why are there so many good people in the forums,and so may scammers and fakes who write to me? I have recieved maybe 4 sincere men,but just not what I am looking after a few messages.However I get loads of fakes and most I see later on are cancelled.They can't put words together that make sense,all make big money and give thier full names.Never answer any ? I ask. All signs that they are not on the up and up.Then of course almost all end with a yahoo address.
Again,the people I have met and written as friends from forums and others I read who post in forums all seem to be real.Not everyone seems nice,but real. Most seem like caring,respectful individuals.
Sorry if it doesn't fit the op's ?,but seemed like the place to ask/state this.
As for other sites,2 actually I have met 2 gentlemen in person.1 just lived too far from me,and it was winter so driving wasn't great for anyone.Neither of us really felt anything strong about the other. We enjoyed the few times we did get together though. The other gentleman and I dated for a short time,much in common,then found out he was related to my exboyfriend of 11 yrs. . That would have had people talking at the family reunion  . I decided it best to let it be. so no exciting romantic stories about my dates from online,but that's okay,no nightmares either,so I came out even  .
