Would you ask for it in the forum's?
...Or would you take it to the blogs?
Would you just keep it to yourself?
(Just curious...I don't need advice, I'm just nosey!)

In the past, I've started some threads to get people's input. Sometimes it was helpful, sometimes not.

Most of the time, I just keep those kinds of questions to myself. Occasionally I will e-mail one of my friends (sometimes here, sometimes friends I have from other places) and ask for advice about something.

I need advice about my dog Max.
How can I stop him from shedding and peeing in my bedroom? Is he marking his territory or what?

Maybe he has a UTI.... and sometimes I start a thread out of curiosity, but mostly I rely on my friends IRL....
But, there's nothing wrong with it if someone is comfortable!

Fender - check out this site, its got tons of reference articles that will help you - I used to have a saint that when she didn't get to go to the shows with us, she would go in my room, pull back the sheets, then pee in the bed and "scratch" them back up - nothing worse than coming home dead tired, crawling into bed, rolling over into a wet spot!
Shedding can be from a yeast infection and poor food -

thank you...I'm gonna check that out...I feed him good food, but I think it's too late for him to be losing his winter coat...right? He is part husky though.

dogs typically "blow their coat" two to three times a year so it could very well be that time. If you keep a heavy coated dog combed every day, that helps with it - keeps the dead hair out and promotes growth of the new hair. I suggest you read on that site what is considered a "good food" - if you see it advertised on TV - its a crap food - their money goes for advertising, not into quality ingredients.
