Heaven, there are exceptions to every rule and you're the exception to the aging rule. You look great, have a great sense of humor, a positive attitude, and you STILL have 20 years before old starts knocking on your pretty door!

Thanks Pam, but a lot of that's just being blessed with robustly good health - hope you guys are all so blessed too...it's easy being positive when things hurt less at 64 than they did at 44 (Work out youngsters - it does a body good!)

I disagree with having a discussion about the age of the members on this site. It doesn't matter what age you are. I think that it is cool how far society has come when people of all ages are finding happiness through online dating.

Good Luck to everyone on finding what you are looking for!

What's wrong with 60+ folks, anyway? It's supposed to be fun age - like "reverse teens" : no need to work anymore , no children at home, etc. In fact - it's even better , since there's no parents to bug them and the best part - they already have funds to spend . Sounds like perfect age for dating, don't you agree? That is - for those smart enough not to destroy their health by unhealthy lifestyle / habits/addictions while getting there.

I'm already on the medicated part,,,now for the motivation! LOL
I'm not retired and doubt if I ever will be. I plan to teach about 5 more years, God willing, and then I'm sure I'll get something part-time after that. I don't want to sit home all day in jammies and at the computer!

BTW, I bet the older ladies here are very much in demand among younger guys and for the good reason - they have LOTS in common in terms of sexuality. Like young guys who are not into commitment just yet , while mature ladies are gun shy of commitment after their children are grown and on their own ( so they value their freedom and are hardly willing to become no-fee caregiver to some old geezer , who wasted his health drinking and f*cking around ). Besides , for women mature age means no PMS, no worries about birth control - i.e. they are finally free for sexual adventures and , since their interest in the opposite sex becomes strictly sexual , their requirements towards potential partner changes from personality traits ( like reliability, financial potency ) towards physical features .Therefore, young guys with their high libido, no health/erection problems and hard bodies become better match for women as they reach mature age.

I agree with that part of your opinion Capital, but I still don't want a young guy. I sent an email earlier today to a 26-yr old explaining to him why I have a problem with his age even if he is a hottie, but I agree with the not wanting to be a free care-giver to someone who has abused his body. I'm healthy because of good genes and because I've always exercised, have never smoked, and I only drink socially. I want a male version of myself not a kid. I could be wrong, but it appears there may be a few older guys on here who don't need a caregiver and who still like to get out and enjoy life.

Really now.......?
So would it be safe to say we want men who don't think or talk or have an opinion? ....and how many women over 50 have YOU interviewed?

That's right Spring....if you're over 50 you just want a man that knows:
1. How to unzip, and
2. How to "get busy"

You mean, you hadn't figured that out yet????

PS - Congrats on your 9,000th post!
