Do you wear makeup or dress up every time you go out somewhere? Even to the grocery store?

Dress up for the grocery store....? You have to be kidding...if I'm going to the grocery store, I need something, I'm in a hurry, just get out of my way !!!
I don't even dress up for dates...what you see, is what you get. This is called "old age"....and I kinda like it.
Soultry...some of your questions make me wonder if I'm really a woman.....( wait....this is another thread ) lol

I don't dress up as in a big way when I go out to the store or run errands on weekends, but I do always dress casually nice when going out. I do wear makeup, but it is very light. Only takes me a few minutes to put it on.
When I go to work I dress in professional attire yet I can also dress casually, but a step up from jeans, unless it's Friday.
When I wear jeans to work I always wear a suit jacket and a nice shirt or blouse.
If I'm going out on a date, I dress according to the type of date I'm going on.

In the summertime I almost always wear a dress...a sundress. MUCH more comfortable than wearing itchy clingy stuff around the waist. And if I'm going out in the car wearing a dress, I usually go "formal" (with undies)...just in case.
For most of my marriage I wore light makeup every day...it made ME feel better in some way. I often wore skirts going shopping, but usually if it was the mall or "better" shops.
I'm embarassed to say that since moving to Nevada, I seem to have adopted the 'local uniform'...not as far as sweats and jogging shoes, but jeans-jeans-jeans and sweaters or tank tops with shirts...and boots, of course

I am mostly a blue jeans and pearls kinda person.
I do wear summer dresses when it is hot. Which reminds me, I need more summer dresses too.

What is wrong with jeans....? I love them. This is my basic attire ...so comfy. Good grief...lets go back to the " why I won't date a doc thread" lol
I'm nearly 50, and just learning that jeans are out of style.....

Jeans are not going out of style. I have a bunch of them. Most of the jobs I have held of the years I wore jeans to. Now, I like the way my body looks in a pair of semi-dress black pants.
I love the flow of a summer dress.

I like long skirts the most. They can be dressed up, or dressed down, and are very comfortable.
I do wear make-up, when I go shopping. I'm one of those bad girls who applies it while driving. Awk!!

Wherever I go, I dress to suit the occasion. I don't wear sweats, but I do like jeans. However, I do wear blazers, or jackets, or hoodies with nice tops underneath. My work attire is professional, except on occasion when I will wear jeans, but always in a dressy way. And, I do always wear a little makeup. Makes me feel better about myself when I present myself in a good way.

Welcome to the club, Moon. A LOT of these profiles don't 'feel' right.
