That is sad it means you are stuck in your 20s and haven't grown up and want a peer to relate to.
how immature
but to each their own..
I know one thing I for one don`t ever wanna grow up..some of us have whats called the inner child within` us..that makes us the Lucky Ones.

hmmm, lots of venom being spewed out on this one! I say if you find a girl who likes you at your age then go for it. Nothing wrong with it, if the feelings on both sides are genuine.
Most women my age have alreay been through one or two marriages, and have children. I would rather find someone who is at the same point in life as me, no matter what the age, but usually that will be a younger person.

Hmm...dunno... I get offers.and I am 48...age never seems to matter to younger women for me? But..I never take them up on it. Young girls are just too immature.Simple as that...Don't go by age....just go by if you both "click".Helps if you get each others jokes too.Women seem to get more attractive as they become more mature anyways.....Big difference between sexy and sensual. or "cute" and beautiful.

Witty,
Here's the best hint for you: get some sales skills and try to sell yourself to young women. The hardest part is the strategies you use.

The inner child is way overrated. I'll take anyone that can enjoy life at my maturity level over someone who giggles alot and likes to bar hop and drink along with of course all the drama about every minor significant event that goes along with the mindset of someone at least 10 years your junior. I know all about it I work with this age group.

I happen to be very mature ..and I have a great sense of humor which some people happen to lack..as for the inner child..well I suppose by some miracle those who don`t believe in the inner child were born adults..i do pity their poor mamas..that must of hurt..I`m not a drinker nor do i go to bars..as for giggling I don`t giggle I laugh..laugh and the world laughs with you.And i found that to be true.I also find that those people who develope a condesending attitude end up being the drama kings/queens.
Great answer Rythem..I guess its all just a matter of opinion..I tend to agree with both yours and wittys post.

Lol, guys and girls, lets get down to the real nitty gritty, the real answer to this question. How many of US want to date someone twenty years older than ourselves? LOL, a man that much older than me would be pretty close to the grave, can't imagine going out with a seventy eight year old man. That is as horrifying to me as a forty year old man is to most twenty year olds. Don't you remember when you were twenty and how forty year olds were ancient, the age of your parents? I sure do. Thirty somethings were way old to me.
I still prefer someone within a seven or eight year age range of me, younger or older, that is enough of an age difference for me, lol.

I agreed to let the 23-year old MBA buy me lunch. I'm still up in the air about the 26-year old artist. Unfortunately, the 48-year old painter lives too far away from me to do anything about that attraction.

Jealous, of some man in his early 40s like me wanting to relive their youth through dating younger people? I have had about 300 responses from men 32 and younger even more since they seem to be endless. I don't respond to one friggin one of them. I am very happy with my age and embrace it. I don't want to date anyone young enough to be a son or nephew. It is very immature when you don't even want to date anyone within 10 yrs of your junior. That is sad it means you are stuck in your 20s and haven't grown up and want a peer to relate to.
Well...seems more like you are stuck in your 40's.
