To be flat out honest, I'm not sure what the best (polite) way to respond or not to these e-mails and winks?
At this point in my life, I really want to get that "wow" feeling when I read an ad or see a picture, then read the ad. There are certain things that I look for that is a must in peoples ad's and when that "wow" isn't there, what do you do? I have had a fair share of responces and two have really had a close "wow" factor and I have at least responed to them, but what about the rest, do you write and say, not interested, or just not respond.............BE HONEST, I'd really like to know what you do.

I delete them like I never got a wink... I have learned from asking on this board that it's no big deal to get a wink from an undesirable. I actually did listen to the advice that was posted on a thread I started that was similar to this topic.

If I find them attractive I will wink back.
If not-- I delete it & do nothing.

I almost always follow up a wink with an email after I've checked their profile. If they are too young, the distance is too great, or somthing else, I politely thank them for winking or emailing and give them a reason for my disinterest. I try to treat everyone as I'd want to be treated...and a bit of courtesy never hurts anyone...

I will alway's respond to them. I just think to totally ignore them is not right. I agree with Ladyraindove 100% on this one. Just be courteous and nice.
