I don't even see how the answer will help you. The question is just too general. What's your definition of a nice guy? What's your definition of truth? This is another thread of misconception on a powerful unlevelled wavelength.

 Well I kinda like them a little in between nice and bad...
nice guys don`t finish last.They finish first if they are patient..rome wasn`t built in a day..and neither was finding your mate..

Yo little brother, dont sweet it you just got out of a heavy relationship. You dont really want the girl that wants a nice guy righ tnow. Same as some of the others, I believe you are looking to rebound. Take a breath. Apparently, you DID find someone, but it just didn't work out. Take what you learned and utilize it. If you feel there is something you could have done differently, work on it.
Of course there's someone out there for you. Good heavens! Look how young you are. You're just in a slump. We've all had those, and they stink.

Just a general observation, but it seems like alot of men who have trouble getting dates tag themselves with a "nice guy" title as a reason for the lack of action. While I personally can vouch for 99.9% of the guys I know to be identically perverted, childish, assholes (including me).
This is not a slam against the topic creator at all, if there are any "nice guys" out there in the world, my money is on him being one. But, let's be honest about what people want in a mate: attractive, successful, rich, funny, active, and confident seem to be universal traits that we look for.

If he's TRULY a nice guy, he'll let the lady finish first!
You want to know what women want from guys? Let's see...how many women are there? Pretty close to the same number of answers you'll get. We all want something just a little bit different than the next person.
So ask yourself, what do YOU want in a woman? When you've identified that, then the hard part begins. Then you have to ask yourself, "what would a woman like that want in a man she's attracted to?" When you know the answer to that, then you can work on those parts of yourself that would attract that type of person. Don't be someone you're not - just maximize your strengths, and minimize your weaknesses.
But, as posted above, IF you've just come out of a relationship, give yourself some time before jumping into the pool again. You know, if you try to swim too soon after eating, you'll get cramps!

What is the definition of a "nice guy" This word is thrown around so much . but what is it truly mean to be a nice guy . all have flaws and certianly not perfect . does that keep us from being"nice guys"
remember people said John Wayne Gacy was a nice guy and i hear Ted Bundy was a perfect gentleman .
I think being a nice guy comes with the hand your dealt in life . if you're not exactly a hunk or mabye dirt poor . You'r e kind forced to be a nice guy becuse that may be the only thing you have going for ya . but if you're a hunk with unlimited bank roll .no one cares if you're a "nice guy" . cause you can buy and sell who and whatyou want .
everey one can be a perfect gentle man ...every one can be a scum bag .

A nice guy is one who is strong enough to stand up for himself and gracious enough to know when to walk away.I believe just from my experience that all women want a guy with two sides: the ruthless gladiator and the consummate gentleman. And the most important part is that he knows when it's appropriate to be the right one. If a guy can master that skill, the female world is his oyster (so to speak).Nice guys do in fact find themselves attracted to the wrong women.
