well i Introduced myself in an earlier post and thought maybe i needed to do it again.. i live in North Louisiana.. I am 50 but told i dont look it.. i am very honest and down to earth and looking for my best friend, lifemate, teammate, soulmate.. Yes of course....many people are looking. I look every chance I get....in my spare time of course when I have nothing else to do....LOL
I have dated lots of guys off the net over time. Most of them nice...a few *not so nice*.....but most were nice. I even run into some who I dated just the one time....LOL...at my local supermarket..(I meant.....I run into them at the supermarket occasionally...LOL).....and its nice to see them. I have been in relationshjips with 3 people I met on line.........and we had some good times......no regrets about the good times....LOL. You know the old saying....*if at first you dont succeeed.....dont stay still and suck eggs.....LOL.....keep on meeting new people. You might meet 100 people.....and gel with none......but you can stll have some nice experiences out of them....like fond memories......even if things dont work out. Its nice to take something positive away from each different experience with a different person. Trying is better than not tryiing at all. I know many men and women who have met on line and met in real life.....and no chemistry......but they have remained friends for years later........so something positive has come out of it.
I also know many of both sexes......who get so frustrated at not being able to find a partner......that they start to get an attitude ......to the opposite sex because of it.......sort'v an angry and back biting attitude etc. I dont think you can let it affect you like that. That is all part of lifes journey..........many find people....many dont.
Its similar to..........we would all like to win a lottery......some do and some dont.......its the way the cards fall. But if you never go into the lottery......you will never know..........LOL
You are still young and have years to search....LOL.....you may find someone really lovely this year or next year........or in 6 yrs time...LOL. Then you may never find anyone at all....LOL...(sowwy).....none of us know. But hey.....its fun looking.....dont you think? LOL

just goes to show ya that we must go about this world with tunnel vision...only seeing what we want to see and not seeing the whole world as it is.....
like I came back just the other day after being sick and away for 6 weeks and not many noticed....so who was looking.........

I noticed too. I always miss the posters who are either good-looking, have interesting posts, have a sense of humor, or who have a sexy hairy chest. 
I miss some of the women too when they're not on for a while even if they don't have hairy chests.

Grumble I think you would be missed. I think anyone who has been on here for a while would be missed. I think sometimes we just don't say anything because we don't want to invade that person's privacy. You never know the reasons someone leaves for a while.
