I'm a musician/entertainer on a country music show in a small tourist town. Been doing it for 30 years now. Almost as good as banker's hours...go to work at 6:30 pm and get home at 10:30 pm. The down side is...I usually miss most of the beautiful sunsets.

I moved from TV to the Internet in '96. Made some money as one of the first 4 people in the second domain name registrar after Network Solutions. Left a few years ago, bought some houses in Buffalo and have been living off the rents.
Now I am selling my houses to start a new internet company. Let me know if anyone wants any 4 family houses that generate a 100% ROI annually.

The houses are passive revenue. I am about to move into an active investment with the new business. The returns will be much higher, but I will need to work 60+ hr a week rather 3 or 4. I can keep the houses and continue relaxing or I can start the business - not enough $$$ for both.

I'm a pediatric medical asst. working for pediatricians in a outpatient setting for a major HMO. I'll be starting my 24th yr in Jan. for the same company. ( I started when I was 10 yrs old . ) I also run a NICU follow up clinic once a week. We do developmental testing on premature babies and follow them til they are 2 yrs old. I absolutely love my job and am constantly amazed at the wonders of modern medicine. It is so uplifting to see babies that were born as early as 23 weeks gestation come through it with very little or no long lasting damage.
