You have met someone. The chemistry is incredible and mutual. You truly have the hots for each other. But there is a problem. Something that causes you to walk away. Something that is non-negotiable. A deal breaker. What is it?
For me it would be a nasty temper. I would walk out the door no matter how hot she was.
What are your deal breakers? Keep in mind that we are talking about something that you truly feel is non-negotiable, even though you are strongly attracted.

I guess I would approach the question differently.
For the kind of woman I seem to be attracted to: I don't make enough money for their tastes, don't love their rude, obnoxious kids enough, and won't put up with their circle of preening, vapid, narcisstic friends with forced smile and fake handshake.
So, the biggest deal breaker, at least in their eyes, has been, well -- me.

A history of alcoholism/anger managment/abuse(emotional/'control'/physical)
While I truly admire those that have turned over a new leaf and kicked the pattern, often the underlying issues sit in the background like a ghost ready to "boo". After my one single experience with a brilliant, talented & sexy guy, I realized that I don't posess the energy and stamina to deal with this type of emotionally high maintenance kind...despite all the good qualities.
I actually decided to give it a year to see if I could accept and adapt, but it ended after 6 months -- I was completely worn out. My rationale was that "It's MY life, too!"
Nope, not goin' there ever again...except as friends. Maybe.

My deal breaker ;
I'm very trusting and giving and when someone preys upon that and views it as a weakness......well, thats it....I'm done!
That explains alot of why I use my sense of humor on here....its my defense mechanism.....
