if there is another gathering here in MI, when would the best time be for you? if you haven't ever been to a gathering, they are a LOT of fun. you dont' have to do things all the time-as a group...but you get to spend time with those that you have met online-sometimes making lasting friendships.
i co-hosted the one gathering on MD we had in MI and it was great! been to 2 others-one in Mt Pleasant and in St. Louis.
i know that not everyones schedules will work out, but with plenty of notice it would be nice to try for the LARGEST attendance...

Like were you thinking sometime this year yet? I can schedule most anytime.....sounds like fun!
probably have to be after the new year..with all the holidays coming up now-makes it hard for those with close and 'not so close' family...
i was thinking maybe spring summer or whenever next year...

thank MIgirl-i think after the holidays is usually a good time, but why not wait till weather is warm enough to do things....just wish more would speak up about this....

Over at Plenty Of Fish we are trying to get a couple of meets going there too. One is in Grand Rapids and the other is in Port Huron. Ill keep ya's posted if anything has been set.

That ones a bit too far me,,,but if anyone here is from that area or doesnt mind traveling that far,,,check out the info via that link. As for the PH one,,,,that one is still being discussed.

Yeah, I'm thinking just an informal gathering at one of the Port Huron watering holes, like the HAC or the Quay Street Brewing Company. Maybe Friday? That way anyione who wants to can shake off the "day after turkey day shopping frenzy." The HAC has pool tables, bar food and stuff like that. Quay street is a little quieter, has GREAT beer, and pretty good food...
any takers?

Well Ripley,
It seems like it might just be you and me tomorrow. It seems the "fishers" can't seem to figure it out. I'm thinking Fritday at 7:30...I'm leaning towards the back room of the HAC.

Ok Michael,, Ive invited another of my gf's since Samantha cant make it. Ive also invited 3 others but its iffy if they will show so yeah,,it may just be us but we'll have a nice time!

I sent out a bunch of pof emails to a bunch of local profiles last night...even some guys too....dunno what we'll get, but it'll be fun...Yeah back room. You can't miss me I look like my picture only taller! I'm sure I'll be the tallest person in the room...noone ever misses me!

I made it, had a wonderful time! Hope to see some of you out there next time, we'll have a blast! Someone should have told Mo about it, think he might have showed. If I would have known it was going to be posted on here, would have invited him and a few others, but didn't know until late about it.
