Can't say I have gone skinny dippin' this late...or early in the year....but I once went up north with friends in October and after a few days...so as not to offend I decided to sneak down to the river bright and early one morn to wash up....QUICKLY! Well, I looked around....solitude! Stripped down, jumped in washed up in about 12 seconds flat! (instant cold water headache, the kind ya get with an ice cream brain freeze).....started back out and wouldnt ya know it....a man and a woman come from around the bend in a canoe.....now it's gonna take them about 30 or 40 seconds to get out of view and I now have to wait, freezing my butt off (what were they thinking of me? lol)....they finally get out of sight and again I start out......yep....another canoe! At this time I say to myself....oh well guess they get a free show but I notice they have a third person with them...a small child and no way am I gonna freak out some poor little kid so again....I wait....finally out I streak to the safety of the pines...and my warm clothes! Good times, good times......

Evening Everyone...
I'm wondering why the schools were all closed today. Here in Manistee, the road seemed to be fine..driveable...and no school. The weather they predicted wasn't half as bad as they forecasted this morning.
Let's hope there is school tomorrow!! PLEASE!
