Posts: 42 		I was tired of winter before it even got here. But unlike you, I hate the winter. Its not so much the snow and cold, but the constant gray skies. I find winter to be really depressing....and I am so looking forward to spring.

Posts: 12 		Yes, I think we are all tired of winter. Maybe not so much the snow, but the frigid temparatures. Winter has been cold before, but usually never lasted longer than like two weeks or something like that. It has been frigid most of the winter. I am definately ready for warmer temps!!!

the spring break isn't usually the one they are concerned about. each school has so many 'snow' days they are allowed per year. if they use them all and go over ther alotted days...the school then uses the summer days.

Posts: 2,335 		While the excessive amounts of snow have wearied me probably more than most-after all, I drive for a living- I do try to remind myself of the positives in this winter: the many Midwestern businesses that rely on snow/cold to prosper should have done well this year; and the Great Lakes have been given a boost toward getting their low levels up.
But it will be nice not to have to worry about the ass-end of my motorcoach sloding around anymore...

Posts: 2 		Incredibly tired of winter.... However, on the bright side, I have crocus opened up in my flower beds - and the hyacinth, daffodils and tulips are getting higher (5-6 inches) all the time... Really, really looking for sping!!!
