Hi there... What part of Ms do you live in? I live near Tupelo. I would love to find some friends here or close by that we might could meet sometime and have lunch. Myself.. I am a huge Atlanta Braves Fan  I just love that banana! I have two boys ages 9 and 11 that keep me busy since I am a single mom. Trying to find a job while taking online college classes in business and Medical billing/transcriptionist. So, if anyone might know of a job near by me that could pull some "chains" for me to help I would really appreciate it. I do have some experience as a secretary. Hope to hear someone soon.. Teresa

Lucedale is a little south east of Nome, the way the crow flies. Actually I live on the Alabama/Mississippi line. I have my feet planted in both states.

I use to live in Tupelo, but it's been 7 years ago, so I'm not too much in the line to help anyone with employment any more. I also am a single mom, have 2 sons, one is 18, the other is ....36 ! yes it was a shock to me also.
I now live about 50 miles from Tupelo, close to alabama , one foot in each state also , lol,( I still don't know where Lucedale is.) I go to Tupelo occasionally, but more often I go to Fulton.
I will check back in a day or two to see if you have replied or not.

Hey Everyone!
I'm originally from New Orleans, but that place is still stagnating compared to rebuilding efforts in Mississippi; I'm in Biloxi now (parts of my family have been in southern MS for generations). I haven't been on this website in a while, but I'm up for meeting new people.
As for racing, I've turned wrenches for thirty years and I've raced a little myself. Until Hurricane Katrina, I had a '70 Chevelle, '70 GTO and '69 Cutlass convertible. 
As for Phil's questions about Jr., I'm glad Jr. left. He needed to prove his abilities and win races, and Theresa saw him as nothing more than a driver. Everyone knows Dale Sr. groomed Jr. to be more than just a driver. Jr. was to be the person to take over the business. In many ways, Dale Sr.'s death while protecting his team's win was a clear indication of his intentions to entrust the future success of his race team to his son. Certainly, he wasn't planning on his death so soon, but he apparently trusted Theresa too much in managing the business. It didn't take long for Theresa to show her true colors, and I hope she doesn't just sell off the company before Jr. can possibly buy her exit out of it. Her spiteful refusal to allow Jr. to use his number with another team shows just how selfish she can be ... and how disgraceful she has managed Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s legacy.
