It's the bloody grief process....first stage is 'shock and denial'
and then you go back and forth in all the stages...until hopefully you stay at acceptance.
So the answer is....at the beginning...when it's over....you know it...but then
oopsie it's back to the first stage of shock and denial...and while you are there
you don't know it's over.

when all your CD`s.....shredded shirts.....private magazines.....bits and bobs are all over the front lawn when you get home from work...and the locks have been changed.......!!
Id say that was a pretty good sign it was over......

when nothing you do or say is good enough or matters and get twisted and thrown back on ya
when they turn off the phone, when they remove ya from a list, when that stupid stuats goes from in a to single
when they make it clear that it isnt

When you ask the person if they could ever commit to you and their answer is sorry, no, and they say sorry but I don't love you, yeh, been there. It hurts alot especially when I dated this person close to a year. What is up with that? Grrrrrr. I ended up breaking it off, why keep dating if it isn't going to go anywhere. I found myself a new man who isn't commitment phobic and who truly does love me.
You hang in there, there is someone out there for you who really will love you unconditionally. You have to let past loves go and move on, I know, it really is a hard thing to do.
