you can sit and be sorry or you can get back out and look for someone that wants to be with you. you will know when you are ready to go out again. just don't sit around thinking about the person all the time.

Ive been dumped alot and it has nothing to do with relationships.
But you will get over the guy just like how ive gotten over all the girls that dumped me.

sometimes ppl probably wonder y someone dumped them when the one being dumped gave all they could. are u trying 2 figure out y so u won't do it again, or do u want 2 try n apologize n try to re-unite?
no one really knows what truly goes thru someone's mind when they reject someone. most dont like rejection. it seems like an affront; the same folks would like 2 think they're decent ppl.
exiled is right. quit wasting ur precious energy on this individual. u cant make him love u. u have probably over-analyzed it. whats done is done. maybe u can write it in a journal or somewhere 2 purge it from ur system. move on n focus on the sort of person u want who will appreciate u. shake ol boy off cos he isn't worth the stress. personally, i wouldnt give someone the satisfaction 2 think i was pining 4 them. pfft on him.
its ur life, so, go live it!

give yourself time .. but do not hide in a corner ands brood about it. get up each morning and face theday .. breath in and out . put one foot in front ofthe other and keep looking around you and will be surprisedthat tyhere is a world outthere athat moves and flows and you are part of it and you will find someone new andhave new joys and pains and life will go on reguardless of what happens. if your loved or not or your love or not. just keep yourself open to new people new places and new dreams and you will befine

Yea getting dumped suck's,but look at the bright side there is someone out there that is for you.Just do your self a favor don't do what I did,I went off the deep end and hit the curb,but learned a good lession.There is love out there for all of us,they were just not the one's.hold your head up high and move on,don't let them see it bother's you.They feed off of that.Good luck

Don't feel sad. Seriously, if someone you cared about dumped you like that...he isn't worth it. Trust me on that one. Just know in your heart that you gave it your best shot and that there are plenty of people who will appreciate you for who you are. Don't blame yourself and I agree that the best thing to do is to pick yourself up and keep on moving. It is hard to move on when you lose a friend or things don't work out but you can do it. *hugs*

Well maybe this will help you maybe not.but just to show that what you have is not to bad as other's.I was just told to fined a place before the week of christmas,I only get 175 a week after support for my kid's and i was dumped like mashed potato's.And in this god for ass whole state.There is no help for me.I lived in the street's for two year's in order to pay my support.But hopifully God is with me.Well just maybe you could see life ain't all that bad Good luck

One of the best things I have ever read on the topic came from (as unlikely a place as it may seem) a science fiction book...I cannot even remember the name of it now, it has been so long ago, but it said, quite plainly...
I'm going to get over it sometime...Why not now?
Any time I feel depression creeping up on me, I use that as a mantra, and it has gotten me through some rough stretches in my life.

ONE of the WORST experiences you could immagine is falling in love with a BI POLAR person, then they dump you...One does not know if it was YOU or THEM., and may never know..HURT IS DEEP, TIMES ARE TOUGH!

Well ex was slightly borderline personality disorder and she would just snap for no damn reason at all...Me and her were arguing on my way to work one night and I guess I pissed her off and when I got out of the car she hit me...F**ked my leg up and I had to work 9 1/2 hours on it that night.
