Well I'm no longer available as this sweet lady that I have been seeing on and off for over a year now I finally sat down with and layed down the law that either we get serious about our relationship or we move on and she said ok  So now we are getting more serious about it all and everything is going fine one day at a time. 
Guys if ya find a nice lady ya like and ya been going out with off and on for awhile and she is sitting on that fence getting splinters in her butt ya gotta lay it all down and say "Hey Lady!" and either they going to go or ya going to get that lady all to yourself as ya been wanting.
Try it as it does work but ya gotta letem know ya loovem and will be there for them.

Chuck, congrats to you! And, you are right, however, it works both ways both female and males) . .. gotta let them know you love them or they will be gone. After a year, not many want to sit around on their thumb and anymore. Communication is the key, along with trust. If one of you don't have feelings, then time to move on.
Something tells me most of the Missouri guys would move on . .  , hey, sorry Missouri guys, most of the guys anywhere.
If you have something in your hand that you want, best make a move, because if they are worth holding on to you, you can bet somebody else is just waiting for you to screw up so they can grab them.
