i met a gal friday night. not bad lookin but she was drunk because it was her birthday. well thats ok if that is what you want to do. well i am talkin to this gal and a couple other people joined in on the conversation. well to find out that this gal has a boyfriend.  and when he gets upset he uses her for a punching bag  now thats just not right. well later she is talkin and i find out she has a boy and a girl. but she don't have them because the state took them away because she is a unfit mother.  and i feel bad for her because i don't think she is really unfit i figured that she just got a raw deal in a divorce court or something like that. well i seen her again on saturday as she wanted to go to the car show with me. well when i met her at the bar at noon to take her to lunch she already had two drinks down and working on her third drink. then at the resturant she had two beers. well thats understandable. then when we left she asked to stop at a gas station. so i did she said brb. well when she came back she had a half pint of whiskey and a leter bottle of coke. she dumps part of the coke out and puts the whole bottle of whiskey into the coke. so now this coke is about 50 50. well we went to the park and waxed my trike then to the car show. well we went inside because of the heat then about 2 hours later she wants to leave because she don't feel right around a lot of strange people. so i figure ok i said i need to turn the dog out for a bit anyhow. she wanted me to take her to her friends house. so i did and said i'll be back to pick you up. well i went back about a hour later to get her and as she is walking to my trike with one of her friends help because at this point in time she can't walk on her own. i notice the front of her pants is all wet. she peeded her pants. so at this point in time i figured well she is a unfit mother, not to mention a alcholic and god only knows what else so i decide to ditch her and i did. i took her to a bar and left her there and i went on to the car show. i just can't understand why a person has to drink so much they can't even walk, care for her children etc does that alchoal mean that much to her. need less to say i won't be seeing that gal again for a long time if ever. now i understand why she is a unfit mother among other things.

hey doc, you can do better and find more respectable women to hang out with that don't drink like a fish, etc. I can't imagine how fun it would be to hold someone up once they're totally drunk off the bottle, and you're trying to do something you really like to do, the car show.

well friday night i thought that it was because of her birthday but then saturday one and one started adding up to 3 and 4. when i seen her peeing in her pants that was all i could handle. that was just too much for me to bear.

well i agree that women shouldn't be hit on and usually this bothers me a lot when i know this is taking place but with this gal it really didn't effect me at all for some reason. i feel that she is not the only one abused in this relationship. i'll tell you who i feel bad for that the two kids she had. i can't imagine what it would be like to grow up knowing that your mother the one that gave birth to you didn't love you. and i don't want to hear any bs about she loved them but loved the alachoal more because if her children was loved and was that important to her she would have dropped the alchoal. and i know its an addiction and i am addicted to smoking i've been doing it for about 48 years now i know i'm giving my age away but i don't care but if there was a gal i was interested in that much i would drop them in a heart beat if that was a issue with her.

A week after they got married, I saw her . .
Black-eyed . . bruised cheek . . hair was a Mess . . and Limping . . !!!

You are right no one should be a punching bag to anyone! man or woman.
It sounds as if the state did the best thing for those kids and got them out of a situation that they would have been hurt or worse yet could have gotten killed.
Some drunks are abusive when they are drunk, so just because she said that she got beat by the hubby does not mean that she really did, she could have gotten the crap beat out of her by people at a bar somewhere.. ( i know I am going to have everyone freaked out on that comment)
Doc, you should have taken her home instead of a bar, heck she was already smashed.. Home would have been a better place for her..

hell i didn't know where she lived at i took her back to where i picked her up at. and besides if she got a boyfriend at home i don't want to go there then get arrested for disorderly conduct or for beatin the crap out of this guy. all i know is i want her to be gone from my presence and i really don't care where she is as long as its not around me. besides if i took her home and she didn't want to be there she would have found a way back up to the bar.
