Every single solitary woman I've ever met has told me that penis size is the single most important thing she cares about. More important than personality, intelligence, sense of humor, education, and money. It matters greatly. The average American male has a 9 - 10 inch penis, but many women require much more than this.
That's why many men are opting to get a Peno-plasty these days.
Penoplasty is a surgical technique where they take fat from your buttocks and inject it into the shaft of the penis (increasing the girth) and the head (increasing the length).
Because women only care about penis size, many insurance companies realized that it's cheaper to pay for penoplastices rather than shell out the money for therapy from having a small dick. So you might want to check with your insurance company and see if they'll pay for a penoplasty.
Also, women tend to love big balls, too. So many men opt to have scrotoplasty at the same time they're having a penoplasty done.
Finally, as long as the plastic surgeon is removing fat from the butt to place into the penile member, many men also opt to have a buttoplasty as well (although very few insurance companies will pay for it).

I'd like to argue this penis issue...vehemently...and I don't even have one!
The idea that the average male penis size is 9-10 inches long is just wrong. If I was getting prodded with a 9-10 inch penis, I think my poor cervix would be seriously angry with me! OUCH! This is just not based in fact. A woman's vagina is only about 4 inches long (before child birth) when she's not excited and only slightly larger when excited...even after she's had a child it's only about 4.5 inches! Null...where the heck did you get that information? Where you looking at cm's instead of inches, perhaps???
Penis size is the least important aspect in a real, unconditionally loving relationship! Who are these women you're talking to or that are being studied? Do I live in a box or something? Surely not. I feel terrible about these men who feel they need peno-plasty to be loved. It's like a woman running out for a breast enlargement...UNNESSASARY! I'm shocked and appauled!
Last I checked, the average (world-wide I might add) male penis size is approx. 6 inches in length, erect...3-4 inches flaccid. You can check this out at:

I honestly didn't think there was such a thing as a penoplasty or a scrotoplasty. I thought I made those words up. Just Googled. LOL.
But I'm fairly sure there's no such thing as a "buttoplasty". At least, I hope not.

I've "known" a more than a few women and what you're saying is wrong. Women just don't admit it without prodding them a bit. They don't want a guy too big or too small. I would agree with you that size is least important if the woman is not a very sexual person. Meaning, sensation is less important than the act of intimacy. Many women will have sex with a man not because she just loves sex so much but as a way of keeping him and making him happy. She could take it or leave it. There are many women who are nonsexual and don't even enjoy orgasms. Sad but true.

There is a new medical proceedure called Nymphoplasty. Nympomaniacs donate nympo cells located in the hypothalmus. Their donation cures their own nymphomania and the extra donated nymph cells cure frigid woman. Its a nice balance.

Further more. Shape of the penis is just as important as size. The right shape will be able to stimulate that most misunderstood g-spot. A long penis shaped like a carrot will not work and will only cause the woman to be irritated. A short fat penis wont work either because breathing will interfere. A penis that points down will not work because it will cause the woman to release gases and make her excuse herself. I think this subject requires more research.

GirlieGirl, I suspect that I may very well meet your stringent intelligence criteria. However, I'm curious: what are your length and girth requirements for the penis?
Do you allot bonus inches for men who make a lot of money? Have good personality?
I'm thinking perhaps we can derive an equation for you. Something along the lines of:
GGPR(P, PI, YS, P1) = P * ( 1 - e^{-P/2*PI}) - P1 * ( 1 - e^{-P/(YS^2)} )
GGPR is the "GirlieGirl Penis Requirement" function.
Now, P is the "baseline penis" measurement. It would be the smallest penis you would allow if the man has a completely average personality and makes the exact median salary of the average American worker.
PI would be a "personality index" -- in other words, we would discount the baseline measure of the penis you're considering if the man's personality happens to be exceptionally good. A PI of 1 means "average personality" and anything larger than 1 would indicate a better personality. A man with no personality whatsoever would have a PI of 0.
YS is the man's yearly salary. Since I suspect this might be important, I introduced the YS factor as the square of YS. If I was wrong about that assumption, we can raise it to a smaller value, like 3/2.
P1 is similar to the baseline penis measurement, but it should be regarded as a free parameter of the model. Unfortunately, we're going to have to determine this parameter heuristically: you may need to have sex a few guys to accurately determine (or ... "nail down", so to speak) the value of this parameter. The error in a series of independent, random trials goes as the standard deviation of the set of measurements. This means if you have sex with 100 guys, PI can be determined to a factor of sqrt(100) = 10 times better than if you had sex with 10 guys.
Or, if you don't like this particular model, I can perhaps develop some kind of logarithmic model instead. We could even throw an element of stochasticity into the model to simulate "dumb luck" in who gets into your bed. Such a system would have to be determined using a Monte Carlo or a pseudo-Monte Carlo method. However, if you have a reasonably fast computer, it should only take a few minutes for the calculation to finish.

I'd say penis size is about as important to women as breast size is to men. Most want something within a certain range, not too big, not too small. And some want something way outside of that range.
And just as with breasts, shape and details of various features is part of the equation too.

Wouldn't the corresponding organ be the vagina instead of the breast? Wouldn't vagina size matter to men? There are qualities such as lubrication, aroma, texture, grip and muscle tone. Some even ejaculate. I think these are important questions and I'm somewhat disappointed a woman didnt ask the corresponding question.

geodesic...while I appreciate the whole geeky math thing you have going on (RaWR!) it doesn't need to be so complicated.
Anything smaller than 5" is too small. Plain and simple.
Sex is an important part of the relationship for me. I know this might come as a shock to you men, but some women enjoy sex as well, and want and need a piece just as much as you do to stay happy.
If I am bored in the bedroom the relationship won't last.

I think you are quite wrong about this. If this were true, it would be difficult to talk about just about anything. Should all conversation be confined to that which we have first hand experience?
People can have experiences that allow them to have knowledge (even expert knowledge) of a subject without that experience necessarily being first hand.
Knowing the size of my own penis, and the amount of pleasure it has given to the women I have been with, it's entirely possible that I have more knowledege of what women think about penis size than you do.
Having a vagina may allow you to know what YOU think about penis size, but tells you nothing about what other women think about it.

The Kama Sutra, an amazing book, the world's first sex manual, discusses this whole issue of Lingham/Yoni sizes, shapes, compatability, etc....
Some more modern work is done by Dr Kegal who introduced Kegal exercises to tighten the vaginal muscles for women who gave birth
Honey Suckle Devine took these exercisers to the extreme. She was said to have such strong vaginal muscles she could crack a walnut. Not someone you would want to get pissed off at you during sex.
Let's not forget the esteemed Dr Ernst Gräfenberg's G-spot. Leave it to the Germans to take an Autobahn route to the vagina.
