Posts: 41 Spring is upon us. I enjoy NYS in the spring, summer and fall. The winters suck. Does anyone have any events or activities planned for when the weather is nice?
I have an itinerary planned for this year.

I also intend to visit other states especially NJ. It is to close not go visit.
Even though I enjoy NYS I will always be a Jersey girl .

Posts: 19 Smilingfaces: Winter does not "suck." Winter was created by God for a reason. I love winter as much as summer, spring and fall. It is part of being living in the north. But, it is important to find winter activities such as cross-country skiing or skating to enjoy the snow and the cold.

Posts: 10 There is nothing that can even come close to the 'calm' just after a snow-storm, the pure stillness as if momentarily time has also frozen, and the white blanket that covers everything around you. Every winter I cuss and swear at having been consistently inconvenienced commuting back and forth from work in the cold weather, but THAT moment, makes it all worthwhile for me!
