Im off to brooklyn to ride the cyclone with my son.... we do it at least once a year. This year were bringing grandpa. He first rode it like 70 yrs ago :) Ill get some pics of this one

coney island in fall and winter
oh sooooooooooooooooooooooo empty and ghost town like
went to the aquarium with friends at the time
summer and the crowds at coney

the aquarium is a NIGHTMARE!!!!
I do not mean the exhibits themselves, but the crowds and the parking.
I would much rather take the long drive out to Mystic or the Norwalk one is nice (much more geared toward children then adults)
drove around forever over the summer trying to find parking for the aquarium, parking lot is always full. I don't do the public transportation thing either before you even go their.

summer , a nitemare i would assume but winter and fall, no problem
me and friends took that LONG train from NYC
no bathrooms in subways

try finding a bathroom in Coney Island OMG, when you do the guy that stands outside and does nothing charges you a quarter and its still gross. What's up with the quarter, what is this the 60's?

wow this is weird I started this new forum thread in the NY forums about events to do this time of year and my cell phone and work phone both rang at once and I started talking and hit the button..now I have no idea where my thread went?

I really enjoy driving, I like wine tours, hiking and stuff upstate in the woodsy areas.
Gee I sound like I'm writing a personal ad here
Last summer I went to a wine tasting vineyard, I think it was around New Palz, It was just OK, the wines were tasty, but not much to do at this place. New Palz is fun to walk around and has cute little places to  &
