yikes, I thought we were just getting a whole lotta wind and rain tomorrow, I go to the market for dinner and its packed, people racing around like a storms coming

I know the open has been exciting however I do not watch it. They won't stop talking on the news about this storm. I'm glad this didn't happen last weekend, I did so much on the holiday weekend. I didn't have any real major plans so its ok if the storm comes, plus I'm up high and my car is garaged, so I'm not worried....but lets not lose power, then NO COMPUTERS

it is humid now
rained a lot at 1am earlier
woke up and WHOA!
no mets game either if it rains. that game and US Open are like feet apart in Queens

i went out early to run errands the sun was and still is shining here and its as humid as being in Jamaica in August, but no storm yet

been pouring out now but no high winds to speak of
wiped out US Open till tomorrow afternoon and nite and monday too!
and so did the Mets game, traffic will be a nightmare around shea stadium and the tennis center sunday. plus the new shea stadium being built! whew!

hurricane ike though is a dangerous one as a catergory 4 and could hit south florida next week
guess we'll change to the Cyn/Santo Weather Report

"overboard" with Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, always a favorite and ..wow I can't remember the other one, I'm getting old

how many times does OVERBOARD have to be shown? used to be on TBS or channel 9 every few days. where did you see it on?

LOl, I hit a nerve there, LOL, don't remember the channel, but yeah, its like how many times during 4th of July weekend can they show shark movies 
I started to watch the first 10 minutes of the VMA awards and could not take how bad it was...I'm getting old, well no I'm getting mature and I'm glad that I had no clue who the stupid guy with the messy hair hosting even was...I know I'm not hip anymore

I never watch MTV, I just kept reading about all the hype and like I said after 10 minutes I was DONE!!!!
Nothing makes my tv nights more happy and complete then watching Seinfeld returns at 11pm  ........now thats good tv
