me too and i was the last person in! and they put me into the front row close to the max weinberg 7 band and THEY WERE LOUD AND THE STUDIO WAS FREEZING! an october nite, humid, this was late '90s. i remember the guests:
william baldwin, fisher stevens (he played the Indian fella in SHORT CIRCUIT) and six members of RIVERDANCE since the stage was small but on tv when seen, it looks big.

OMG, I was married and very pregnant at the time and we were the last 2 to get seats but they did not put us in the front, we were along the side in the back area, they actually Stood people up on the sidelines and all I kept saying was thank god it wasnt me
it was terrible, I had to pee the whole time and they would not allow you to get up, that ended me and my obsession with obtaining free tickets to live tv shows 
I remember the guest too
Kramer from Seinfeld, LOL
This Russian or Ukrainian actress, I forget her name but it starts with a P, LOL
and this band that I don't know how to even begin to spell the name, but NO ONE heres of them anymore
Im making so many typos tonight, rough day at work, i'm still frazzled

When I had tickets to Regis & Kathy lee, I actually blew it off, your ass had to line up at like 6:30 am!!!!!!!! Oh hell no!!!!!

do you remember the howard stern show that used to be on ch 9 many years ago on sat nites? well, stuttering john, long before him doing the voice of The Tonight Show with Leno, caught up with downey in times sq for an interview. john asked a dumb question and morton almost beat the s--t outta him . and the 2 shook hands at 1st!

oh i remember the bad tasteless sketches of stern on ch 9. the interviews with stars , some were uncomfortable with his questions like john stamos, and siskel and ebert. stern's obsession with lesbians, stuttering john's dumb Q&A like asking the Dalai Lama the term "Hello Dalai" RIGHT IN FRONT OF RICHARD GERE looking disturbed. and the term "baba booey"
