Where are the local single women at?

There seem to be tons of women on this site, alot very appealling to me, but none seem to be close by.
A couple in Jacksonville, but a college student (even if i am 39 yrs old) doesn't really stand a chance with a marine base that close by 
i mean dang, all of the local ones in nc seem to be in-active that are close by.

Where I live at, there are quite a few, but none ever respond to emails. I suppose none of them are interested in dating or something. I just ask the question, why come to a site and put up a profile if you've no intentions of meeting anyone? I understand your frustration, it's really damn annoying.

Yep, either no response, or just using the site to find a penpal or hang out. and it is so hard to be the one stepping up and trying to introduce yourself and being slapped down...
Maybe all guys should quit approaching women and let them have all the fun for awhile, so we can tell them "no thanks" and so forth...
Just a thought, we should get some credit or reply for winking and email, even if it is a "not interested, I do appriciate your interest message".

Hey I am brand new to this. I have no clue what you guys want. How about a few clues?
I will tell you many women find chat speak lazy,sloppy and ignorant and wont respond to you.

Any ideas for Leicester? I'm up here off and on quite a bit. Just got a job here. It'd be nice to acquire some female companionship. Don't get me wrong here. I love my mother and brother to death but it's simply not the same.

Many will not respond with out seeing who they're communicating with.

I agree with some of the guys, its nice if we send a flirt or even a note to get a reply. But seems that rarely happens. I know the "click" has to be there, same goes for me. But some kind of reply sure is a nice gesture. And I do have a pic posted, maybe thats the problem.
