I'm thinking that if you can do penetration for 2-3 hours, numb wouldn't be the issue...lubrication and friction would be the issue. It would be hard to imagine a woman's system being able to keep that up with all that friciton-inducing contact and staying lubricated enough...I always keep a can of WD-40 near the bed for long bouts. 
If he does it all the time, it is probably mostly about his arousal cycle and how his head and body interface on that arousal. I take Paxil daily for anxiety. However it is used for depression as well.
It all depends on ones body chemistry, everyones is different.
And if I am out-- everyone around me knows.. climbing the walls

ok this is something i'm very familiar with.
i too Have this issue of not cumming too quickly.
but in my case even my body muscles won't last long enough too.
just not getting enough usage of them to get them in shape..
But this has been my experience or things i have learned about
this type of issue. First off when i was taking meds for depression
that in itself slowed the clamax time considerably. then when we switched
to prozac, That went away. Then i started using Viagra with my late wife
due to lack of interest as she had let herself go and started drinking.
That TURNED me off, making it hard to climax too, so the viagra helped.
also if he masturbates too much it could become more insensitive to normal stimulation of the vagina. Also if he has been one to use taboo subject matter
or fantasies to climax during masturbation then that could slow him down.
he maybe like me in that, i need more mental stimulation than physical in order
to Drop that load quicky.
there are really Numerous reasons for it happening but the best solution,
as many have said, is to talk about it and communicate intimately about what's going on in his head. with me there has to be almost a complete commitment to
someone to get that open about it, cause it's kind of embarrassing when you get with someone and can't Cum. it really is!

Scarlet...I'm also with a man who takes a long time to cum. He said he's been like that for as long as he can remember, and it sounds like he also has a hard time cumming from masturbating...although maybe not as hard. (bad choice of words, eh?.....but hardness is NOT the problem with him). But, one pattern with us is that when he have sex at night, it'll last as long as I want it to...I'll be the one to quit, without him cumming over 90% of the time.
