I'm holding bets that 3/4 of the women who answer will say "stockings."

It is the Internet, after all. Look through the forums. I think it's a rule that women have to stay "stockings," "I swallow!" and "I'm always ready for sex!"

Oh, and "I always sleep nude," "I shave my legs every day, come hell or high water," (or, "I wax") and "I can't find a man who can handle my insatiable sex drive."

$2 minimum bet, but the odds are low, because this is the Internet and I know not to bet against a sure thing.

Nah, it's the internet. Everyone is "honest and forthcoming" and that's why they're so honest about admitting they all swallow, wear garter belts, sleep nude, are randy stallions at the drop of a hat, etc. etc. etc.

There's a dissertation there somewhere, for an enterprising grad student.

Posts: 164 		Stockings are nice, but overall, pantyhose are the shit. A woman covered from her waist to her toes in pantyhose is a beautiful sight. As far as ease of access-in the heat of the moment-the crotch is EASY to rip out. =)

Posts: 753 		I prefer to wear pantyhose. They are just more comfortable for me, plus the stockings always feel like they are sliding down so I am always tugging them back up! It is much easier wearing pantyhose to a garter belt but I am not opposed to stockings if the situation warrants. But for everyday..definitely pantyhose!

I would prefer stockings.. not because I feel i HAVE to say that, but I felt sexy in them the one time i DID wear them and pantyhose seem to sag in the crotch area, I might be wearing the wrong kind..but man do I ever hate that

I guess thigh-highs, not knee-highs would qualify as stockings, just minus the garter belt. They look just like stockings and are sexy too.

What I'm not sure where to fit are those pantyhose that look like a garter belt and stockings all in one piece. I'd probably group them with pantyhose. Any opinions?

I must say that I really do like both on a woman. Both are very sexy. (They are made to look and feel sexy)

But if I must choose just one; my answer is easily
Sheer Silky Pantyhose.

I have always liked feminine Ladies that dressed up, and of course that includes
something smooth and sexy on their Legs. Legs are one of my favorite parts of a woman, but I am also ga-ga for a womans "Hips!" and "back side". So smooth Pantyhose showcasing all of these areas makes that decision easy.

As for 'friction' or 'scratchy' as someone mentioned- (this also includes size/fit/comfort/etc....) You can not purchase the 2 dollar pair. You must purchase the higher quality ones. (brand names like: Wolford, Fogal, DKNY, C.Klein, Pretty Polly, Filadoro, Oroblu, Aristoc, etc...)

I like the look of stockings (either thigh highs or with a garter-belt), but they can sometimes, almost all the time, make a girls legs look shorter, whereas Sheer Pantyhose do the exact opposite!

I am amazed that so many people have admitted to liking Pantyhose more! The 1st response on this thread has a lot of truth to it. ("it's the cool thing to say").
When I was a teenager- and even in my 20's I would not dare admit that I like Pantyhose on a girl- because it was not "cool". Now that I am much smarter than I was, I can admit the obvious - they are made to look and Feel amazing - Of course I like them on girls! There are now more websites for women modeling Pantyhose than there are stockings- BY FAR!!!!

The Pantyhose company's, just like the music industry, shot themselves in the foot over and over again by putting out very cheap "Affordable" Pantyhose. Made out of 100% nylon (bad quality fiber's too) and not weaved on the best machines, thus making/selling women nothing but cheap camoflauge. People that were into 'textures' and silky sexy feeling things went on to keep buying the better quality pairs. Splitting the crowd in 2.

Stockings *are* more obvious. From so many movies and adult videos and pictures, etc... - seeing a girls stocking tops yells out- "this is the sexy part where you're supposed to whistle!" (don't get me wrong, whistle I do!)
- Pantyhose that are very sheer and a nude/tan colour can sometimes go unnoticed until touched. And if they are touched- again let's hope they are the silky sensual ones!

For those that can not decide- or like both; It is becoming more popular for girls to wear both! (stockings OVER Pantyhose!) - Not only for being so sexy, but the girls say that the stocking tops/g-belts do not chafe and the Legs still look very long- and the hips, back-side, waist-line are all still accentuated!

So many of us Gentlemen miss seeing women in smooth sheer Pantyhose. The 'fat pants' and 'flip flops' and baggy sweat pants at wal-mart are just horrendous. "Why do we have to be the bad looking country?"

Wonder Woman, etc... all sent us over the edge.
"nothing beats a great pair of legs."

Sexy and silky, not 'slutty'.
