I guess just because he states that he is unable to perform, does not mean he still does not desire to perform. There are other kinds of sex I am sure he can still enjoy even if he can't raise to the occassion which is what I think you mean my not able to perform. And there is a little blue pill for that problem.

Coworker?
Sara, this is called sexual harrassment and there are laws against it. It doesn't matter if he's capable of actually committing the sexual acts or not.
If you can't afford a lawyer, call the nearest university law school. They have pro bono departments and the attorneys and students there would be more than happy to work on a case like this.

You should report him, but make sure you have a witness or it may just be a he said -she said situation. Maybe you could get one of those small tape recorders.

You don't have to have a witness, necessarily, but you should have some documentation of the specific events.
Start keeping a record immediately. When he makes these comments to you, as soon as he leaves, write down the date, time, location, what specifically was said and what was happening at the time and your response. If the remarks are made in the presence of other people, write down their names.
It's important also that you tell this man you find his remarks offensive. If you don't, you have a weaker position.
Your company should also have a sexual harrassment policy. Find out what it is and follow those guidelines.
You do NOT have to work in a hostile environment.

I still would not report him until I had a witness. It could turn into a battle with lots of people not believing you. Is he popular? Does he have lots of friends?

Federal law prohibits requiring a witness in order to prosecute a case for sexual harassment. The requirement is considered prejudicial, because many of these acts take place in private.
I'm happy to forward the relevant sections from the Florida Statutes Annotated.
Sometimes, there are witnesses. Sometimes, there aren't. Even if there are witnesses, in many instances those witnesses have to be compelled to testify.
Sara, I may be looking at this much more seriously than you intended with your question, but regardless, this is not harmless and it's not something you have to deal with in silence. It's sexual harassment. And there are legal remedies.

I agree if he is harrassing you, you should report it to management and getting a lawyer is not a bad idea. You should not have to put up with that in any form or manner.

You guys are right it is sexual harassement and I can report him, but here is the problem. I just started at this company and Bob has been there a while, plus he is training me for my position. And everyone loves Bob, He does this to other women but they seem to like it. I may have to rough him up in the parking lot

He does this to other women because he continues to get away with it.
It's a pattern of behavior with him because no one has complained.
It looks like all the other women "enjoy it" because nobody has had the balls to do anything about it.
Contributing to conditions that create a hostile work environment is illegal. But as long as all you women "look like you enjoy" working in a sexually-demeaning atmosphere, nothing will change.
Good luck in your new job.

Talk to some of the other women who seem to "like" it and see if it really bothers them. Then if you file a complaint maybe some of them will complain also. If they really do not mind it looks to me like you are fighting an uphill battle and it may be best to look for another job. Then slash Bob's tires.

ahh, know just where you're at .. had a job like that .. all the other women enjoyed it .. I didn't & kept complaining .. see, my problem was he was an elderly customer who they all loved .. I was a new cashier .. they didn't want to "hurt" his feelings, so they didn't bar him from the store .. just had a talk to him about not saying anything to me .. whew~~~
Speak up, no matter how well he's liked .. if it makes you uncomfortable .. make them stop him!! they can't do anything, if they don't know how you feel ....
