 There are times that I wish she would stop because she is working so hard but I think she is afraid to say "this is great but what is next and when? It is like she is afraid to stop or something.

well the truth is its a pride thing to us. we love to get ar man off that way. yes at times we can be afraid to stop, we dont want to dissapoint you. be carefull if you want something else on telling us becouse we sometimes take it the wrong way  and you my never get a bj again. cuz if we cant do it we wont.

The biggest part of the title is: "...afraid to tell him?" Why the HELL would anyone be intimate with someone that they're afraid to talk to? The most effective sexual technique is verbal!

I would hope that you would be in a relationship where he would notice if you are not enjoying a particular activity. I would also hope that he would be giving enough to switch positions for a while, or all together in hopes of easing your pain or discomfort. I guess I am trying to say, if you can't communicate what you are feeling...you probably shouldn't be feeling anything that... "private".
