Ok, so I've got this little sexgame... and one of the "options" is to do "al fresoo", but I haven't got a clue what this means. 
Can anyone help me out here?

well it might be al fresco...not fresoo...if so I do believe that means outdoors. Alfresco (I believe it is one word....) in Italian refers to painting outside...soooo perhaps here, it is used as a noun, indicating outdoors...a place. Does that help?

yeppers momma, I figured it could be a misprint... but it doesn't really fit into the nature of the game as "al fresco" since it is an indoors game. But perhaps it is that..... I really can't think of anything else.

Yep China, it means to hit it outdoors, here's the dictionary listing....
al·fres·co (al-fres'ko)

Hey, wait a minute! You didn't tell us the name of the game.....GIVE Hmmm... I don't know what the name is... it's a shiny red ball with a little window that you shake and then let it settle with an "instruction" showing in the window..
