In the past I have found that alot of  types turn out to be some of the most  types. A good friend who I had a chance to see come out of her shell was really into sex and sexual teasing acts in public.
Over the years I have been party to alot of cool stuff like the flashing and oral while driving, and getting busy in pools and well fountains.
Though my question pertains to what you find is too public ?
Is there a line to draw or do we have no boundaires here on this board. I found with this friend that I had to draw my own line when she got into sexual mischeif right in the open.
We were at a park next to my school and she had me stand behind her and the car door, I was thinking she would be changing quickly, she had other ideas, and people were "right" there. There was NO way to not know what was going on. I still cringe.
Then again with my wise ass persona I can see a conversation with some stranger about life and my transgressions while getting a bj. 
Who knows huh, anyway "where is the line" in public exhibitionisim ???

X I really think it depends on each indvidual. I know for me it there are certains circumstances like in the open in the daytime.... For instance in the middle of a mall or any store for that matter you are bound to be arrested. Part of the reason for exhibitionisim is the thought of being caught for doing something naughty. I would say as long as it is moderately safe; like a bathroom, dressing room, car or even in a very low lit section of a bar it would be okay for me.

I asked this to a friend today and she said her and her guy got busy at a Bucs game. They were way up in the bleachers and she gave him and hand job in plain site, then when the crowd was going nuts over some score she went down on him.
Some situations just scare me a bit, call me timid. I can just see her face on that big over head sky cam going down on him, then looking up with that big white gooey smile with the words BUSTED on the screen.

I can't speak for the States because I've never been there but public sex is not that unusual over here. (UK). In fact it's pretty common. I've done it and most people I know have. We even have a relatively new sport here called 'Dogging' - dunno if you have that in the US, where couples invite people to watch while they have sex in public, usually in cars. There are whole websites devoted to it. And yes, the passersby sometimes join in the fun. I guess we need saving.

Well behind the mall,(on lunch break or after work) with the door open, naked from the waist down, legs over his shoulders half out of the back seat...but only been spied on by the trash collector a few times...

I'm usually up to anything..
However, I won't do anything that could get me arrested. In my position, I'd loose my job if I'd get arrested.. I work as Asst. Vice President level position and you may never get in trouble with the law (except speeding tickets etc)..or you'll get fired..
Going too far with sex in a public place could get you arrested...
