Some people really get into being video taped while having sex and perform at their best. It's called exhibitionism. But to answer the original question, porn stars are really good at acting like they are really good at sex. I'm sorry but with all the moaning and carrying on that is going on and the guy hasnt even touched her. Come on, I really do love having sex but sex doesn't feel that good even if you overdosed on extacy. Nothing feels that good.

Well, I don't know much about porno, but it seems you can't "act" like you are good in bed since it is a performance thing. It would be like "acting" to be a good athlete at some sport. (New Olympic event?)

some actually enjoy it some do it for the money the moaning and crap is a voice dopple ... and some do it because the have no choice ( the bad side of that business ) and hell i personally think you really either are numb inside or just enjoy sex ...

I really only started the thread for the fun of it but I agree with that comment. In fact I think some of the low budget porn may be little more than rape on film. In America and Europe the porn industry is pretty mainstream and mostly legit but a lot of the south Asian and low buget stuff is part of a filthy business.
It's one of the big dangers for women who travel to foreign countries to meet men they've never met. A recent raid in Great Britain found some 29 eastern European women who had been forced into prostitution and porn. The girl who made news in the USA and Canada for being raped on film for several years was adopted from a Russian orphanage.
I'm not a big porn freak but I do think people should use their conscience when they watch the stuff. Just watch the reputable big budget stuff.

I agree, soul and bob. Some do porno because they're obvious sexaholics and love it, but others are so trapped in the dark side of drugs and squalor that they'd give their right arm to escape. Like you mentioned, the business is even less regulated in Asian countries, where outright kidnapping and forced prostitution is the norm.
I saw a real good expose' on a national US station (think it was ABC?) about one porn star turned anti-porn social worker, Sharon Mitchell, that visits sets to at least make sure the actors/actresses get tested for AIDS and gives info about practicing safe sex. She said she was definitely addicted to sex, that's how she got her start, but after years of degradation she finally saw what it was doing to her and decided to quit. It was by no means an easy task.

How can you be good at it in front of a camera? For people who are exhibitionists, the camera is a turn on.Knowing that lots of people will be watching is almost the same thrill as doing it in public, and a lot less dangerous. What's inhibiting to some is liberating to others.
