I'm not a lady but I have thought about quite a few of them while having sex....Brittney Spears was alwasys a favorite then there are a few others that don't come to mind right now.

It all depends, really. If it's good, I think about the person I'm with. If it's not so good, I think about my next week's schedule. If it's great I think about divinity, the magnificence of the universe, great big exploding Big Bangs, and whatnot...

Yes, at the times I'm just not that into it, I'm making a grocery list or something similar. Sometimes I even think of a time when it was REALLY good, which can actually help GET me more into it!

Motown, I don't mean to speak for all the ladies here, but I never fantasize about another guy! I've actually tried, and it just doesn't do anything for me. I have fantasies, yes, but only when I'm not engaged in the act itself. I tend to get absorbed in what's going on at the time... 
Oh, and lest you get the idea that I'm superhumanly loyal, about half the time my partner becomes sort of abstracted anyway...not exactly saying that it wouldn't matter who it was, it's just...oh, this is too hard to explain!
