Condoms 'too big' for Indian men.
A survey of more than 1,000 men in India has concluded that condoms made according to international sizes are too large for a majority of Indian men. The study found that more than half of the men measured had penises that were shorter than international standards for condoms. The conclusion of all this scientific endeavour is that about 60% of Indian men have penises which are between three and five centimetres shorter than international standards used in condom manufacture.
The issue is serious because about one in every five times a condom is used in India it either falls off or tears, an extremely high failure rate.
And the country already has the highest number of HIV infections of any nation.

I feel your pain, brother. It can be a rough row to hoe for us overly-endowed,
manly men. Why, when I was still in diapers my mother had to tie my penis in an overhand knot in order to keep it inside the diapers. By the time I was in 4th grade I had to have special pants made, with an extra leg. In my 20s I would sometimes trip over it when getting out of bed.
I finally found some healing in my 30s, when I was able to put my largess to service in the community. I used it to drag inummerable old ladies across the street, was helpful in search and rescue when they ran short of rope, and was always called forth to put out the campfire on camping trips.
Be careful with that new nosespray up there in Alaska, those big ol brown bears git a sniff of that and they'll be all over you like fleas on a dog.
Even if you are living alone and remote in downtown Anchorage, you get a sniff of that stuff and you'll choke yourselve to death in ecstasy. It would take two body bags, one for you and one for your member.

Ok, the statisical relevance of a survey of 1000 men, in a counrty of over 1,132,000,000 is ridiculous.. If you do a rough demographic of approximately half of that 1 billion plus population being male, that gives you approxamately 568,000,000 men in India. Now in actuality, India has a higher male to female ratio. Just by simple math, a sample of 1000 subjects, out of 568,000,000 is .000176. Not a number that I'd consider of any kind of statistical significance. I wouldn't use that number to influence buying microwave popcorn, much less any importance to condum fit. I most certainly wouldn't use it to base market planning, but even less to base any speculation on HIV transmission.
As for incidence of HIV/AIDES, sub-saharan Africa, which includes all the countries south of the Saharan Desert, or close to 2/3rds of Africa, is considered pandemic for HIV. South Asia, and Southeastern Asia are the next highest prevelence. India is a country in the continent of Asia and yes, has a significant problem with HIV infection. Although condum use, in general, may be an issue, it's not the size of the penis that has been questioned, but where they were putting them.
