Suppose you were having sex with someone for the first time. You talked about it extensively and insist on the use of a condom. His persistence that he absolutely cannot come with a condom has been prevalent throughout conversations and a definite delay factor in getting to this point, but he has finally agreed.
You have sex, with condom... or so you think. I mean, you saw it being put on, and it fits properly, but when all is said and done - you notice that the condom is only on the tip... the rest of him exposed so he can "feel" something.
Does the word "violated" come to your mind?

I'm presenting this as a hypothetical question really. Would you call it betraying trust or violating?
Personally, I think it's like rape.

It isn't rape if you consent to sex. It's a violation of your rights...and he'd be history..........

the assumption would be that the condom was on enough to keep you from getting pregnant..
so..what you would be upset with is the fact of some nasty std infecting you..
my question is..if that is the case...why are you having sex with him at this point in time??
you notice that the condom is only on the tip... thinking you also flunked biology 101.. the head is where all the feeling is...

and...
I mean, you saw it being put on, and it fits properly, but when all is said and done http://www.condomsexpress.com/express/pages/instruct.html
5. Right after ejaculation and while the penis is still erect hold the rim of the condom at the base of the penis and pullout of your partner. This will keep the condom from slipping off inside your partner.

Thinking you didn't read your own link.
While many people think that the shaft of the penis is not as sensitive as the head, some men have areas on the shaft that are highly sensitive. Also, I'm 42 years old and know a thing or two about penises. No two penises are alike. Having had condoms as my only source of birth control in a 16 year marriage, producing only 1 child when having sex without one, and never ever having had an STD, also qualifies me as an expert on the use of said condoms.

but i did read it..I also read your op..and you neglected to address why you thought it was a violation?? Again, the OP is a question, not an opinion. However, I did give my opinion in a comment, which is that it's a huge violation of a woman's body and trust to agree to use a condom and then purposely use it incorrectly to fulfill a personal desire. It doesn't matter if it's being used for birth control or disease prevention. Skin to skin contact would take place without the woman's consent, putting her emotional and physical health, and wallet at risk.
Just for reference, if you were depending on condoms for birth control and wouldn't have sex with a woman without one, would you consider it a violation if you found out she was poking holes in them in order to become pregnant? On the off chance that you are one of those guys that requires a woman to be responsible for birth control... if she told you she was on the pill and found out later that she wasn't, wouldn't that be a violation of a man's right to choose whether or not to procreate? I think so.

I'll add that both situations, whether perpetrated by a male or female, should be punishable by law.... people who do these things are a danger to society.

They prosecute people that knowingly have AIDS, and don't tell a "partner", therefore knowlingly passing it on to someone else. I would never trust a man, early in the relationship, that refuses to wear one correctly

must be a bad day for me today cause I will post again even though I said I wouldn't and I have no reason to..
but...
a condom is not all that great for anything..
you saw it being put on right..
when he withdrew is when it ( the misuse) happened..
comparing a "misuse upon exit" by a person who, by what he stated, obviouly does not use them.. to a woman who pokes holes in them to get pregnant is apples and oranges..
to take this thread to a discussion of pregnancy is a red herring..as for all you know..he could be sterile. but no matter as the condom was still on him afterwards.
I repeat..your only concern .based on your op is std's ...not pregnancy..and if you are concerned about it so dramatically.. why did you have sex with him?
bottom line.. condoms have broken... if it did..would you still be saying you were "violated"..
as i read it.. he did it your way..and thru inexperience he did not exit right..
but you want to cry "violated".. and compare it to rape...
You have sex, with condom... or so you think. I mean, you saw it being put on, and it fits properly, but when all is said and done - you notice that the condom is only on the tip... the rest of him exposed so he can "feel" something.

Personally, I think it's like rape. and this...
Skin to skin contact would take place without the woman's consent, putting her emotional and physical health, and wallet at risk. you must only have sex with a partner who is wrapped in cellophane..
did you not get the memo??
safe sex is....
........no sex....
