Ok, I looked. There is a whiney thread and threads for specific types of rants but what if you just want to RANT and it does not follow one of those other topics? So fine. I started a RANT thread cause I am PISSED! And I want to RANT!!!! 
And I put it in here because if you are REALLY pissed, you may cuss and they don't like you to do that in the general threads. So THERE!!!! 
I ordered a slab saw a month ago. It takes weeks for them to build them and then about a week for them to be delivered. Ok, great! Got a call from the man I ordered it from and they were sending it to me. He gave me two tracking numbers and sent it by UPS Freight.
You ever get anything by UPS FREIGHT, it is messed up if you get more than one tracking number. BE aware! Five days later I get a call from UPS to make an appointment to deliver. Next week. Crap. Ok, all weekend I am waiting get my packages last Monday and guess what? One is NOT mine. The legs to my saw went to IOWA! And I have a box full of someone else'e stuff. (That second number, remember?)
They say, we will pick it up tonight. Wait there. I wait an hour and still nobody shows. I call, oh, we will pick it up tomorrow. When? I ask. Don't know, just wait. Crap. Waited all day and finally late that afternoon they show without calling like I asked. Now, where is mine? Don't know. Grrrr. $2000 worth of equipment sitting on the ground. Unusable. Thursday, still NO call about my shipment. Iowa is not as far as it originally had to travel. WTF? I call, they say it is in Houston.
Ok, call again early in the morning Friday. Where is it? Wait, we will call you. I call back hour later, they never heard of me. Where is it? Wait, we will call you back. Afternoon, they call, make an appt for Monday. WHAT? Why isn't it coming today? We have to make the appt first and it got here to late to call you. FINE!!!!

Ok, Monday we have an appt between 3-5 pm. Almost 7 I call, where is it? It did not get loaded. WHAT? They have to load it the night before for it to get there the next day. Yeah, I KNOW! That is why you did not send it FRIDAY!  (bastids!) They had all weekend to load it. We don't work weekends. (THEY HAD ALL AFTERNOON FRIDAY TO LOAD IT!!!!)
shit
So guess what. They will NOT send it tomorrow either because they have not made a fkn appt to drop it off. I'm so pissed.

Easy!! just call the people you got the saw from and tell them "in one hour, the half you did get will be on its way back to them for a full refund!" I can promise you, when those folks get off the phone with UPS, what ever is missing will be at your door within 24 hours!!! Try it, seriously!!

  Noooooo! No way am I sending my saw back. I am a lousy liar anyway. Unless someone is abusing me. Then I can lie like crazy to protect myself. They are not abusing me. It is the planet is all.

You can go to http://www.ups.com and there is a place to enter the tracking number. It will show you exactly where your packages are, and when they are scheduled for delivery.
Very handy.

Oh, not ranting today but I will give a package update. Remember they said they would not deliver it without an appt? Those LIARS! I called to chew butt and complain, and get a refund on the shipping. I was going to go get it myself. They went to locate it and guess what? They sent it this morning withOUT an appt. Sooo, I have the legs, the saw is assembled and tomorrow I will CUT ROCK! BIG rock. That is a rant too isn't it?
