The sperm goes into the bladder due to the cutting of the prostrate. This is done on men who have a swollen prostrate and can not urinate so cutting through the prostrate thus enables the to pea properly but gives them reverse ejackulation meaning they come but not out wards but inwards

For those that have not heard of this before and are at a disbelief talk to a doctor and he will advise you.
basically a swollen prostrate is an older mans complaint but can affect a younger man and can cause severe uninary tract infections which are not transmittable and the only cure is what they call a "turp" which is basicaly what I described and is commonly refered as a re-bore to enable you to pea there is no pain in ejaculation in fact everything is normal but no mess yet some women do not like it and I am interested in what women have to say about it do they feel that it reduces therir enjoyment or they are happier of the no mess ect.

Yes I about BPH...Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, its very painful for men with an enlarged prostate. Usually happens to men over age 50. The prostate becomes the size of a golf ball and can form fibrous nodules; these can put pressure on the urethrae and caus much pain. It must be treated.

A very common malady in most older men and diabetics. More common than you know, even healthy men will have some reversal to a small degree but how is one to know?
Had a vasectomy and when the semen was lab tested it for life they asked me did I get it all? How the hell should I know, my eyes were in the back of my head and I do not take samples of previous loads for quantity!
