It's definitely up to preference. One guy loved having them played with.. they were his "spot". Another one about smacked me when I started playing with them, he hated it.

Most men I have been with over the years, don't even realize that their nipples are so sensitive until touched in the right way.. at the right time.
Often times.. tugging gently at them when he is close to climax causes them to climax even more intense.
Licking or sucking on them during foreplay is also a huge turn on for some.
Just gotta know the right way to do it

I guess that I'm the Lone Ranger on this one. I have VERY sensitive nipples and I am NOT gay. I can hold my own during a night of passion but, if you want me to 'finish' at a certain point, play with them and I can guarantee within 5-10 minutes...........
