Im at work and as normal the talk turns to sex.

I have known a few women who would rather I stopped, at first I kind of took it personal, but once I got them to relax, they realized the man they were with had no idea what they were doing.
But I to was very surprised it took a while to " talk them into it". 
The hardest part is to figure out what each woman likes, you have a short time frame... and some things that work for some, aren't so great to another.
If they are not very vocal it can be like playing darts in the dark.
Then again, one of the last women I dated was just plain terrible at giving head.
I would do anything possible to get her to give up..... I don't think she ever got me to cum..
