I think moaning or screaming is just a natural response - it alos shows that the inhibitions have been let go and the moment is being enjoyed to its fullest.
I love to hear a woman moan or scream - it lets me know I'm doing my part - and doing it right

That's an odd question. You shouldn't make yourself moan if it doesn't come natural for you.
I had a boyfriend once who thought it made him really exciting in bed....it was sooo fake.....and totally distracted me.
I've never really paid a whole lot attention to it, most noises come naturally if you are into it.....butwhen you concentrate on whether you do or don't....it might be a sign that you're not really enjoying yourself.
The nature of the act alone, makes it impossible to be completely quiet......unless of course there are "special"
circumstances ;o).
My best advice: Do what feels right, relax, and don't force yourself to do anything that is uncomfortable to you.
It's OK to be selfish sometimes....by finding out what works best for you, will make you a better lover in return.

Well, I like when I hear the woman I'm with because it lets me know if I'm doing the right thing, and if she's getting excited by it. Screaming I haven't had a problem with, that just tells me it's that good
