best thing to do is make sure she never knows, suck it up and keep goin till she gets hers, then after lay perfectly straight and stretch. its the best way.

suck it up? naw dude..you suck it up. I'm not gonna keep going and give myself a severe charley horse that has me limping for days. That kinda limits any further romps in the hay dontcha think?

Leg cramps, is it summer or winter? Not a Dr. here but if it's summer, electrolyte imbalance ie: not enough gatorade during the day could be the problem. Lack of potassium or salt also. Thats what my Doc said and solved my problem. Try drinking something with electrolytes in it, might do the trick.

Actually, potassium plays a far less role in this regard than does magnesium and manganese as per muscle twitch and/or muscle tone. Your muscles are merely having spasm, a necessary reaction/ causation for sexual climax. (actually, the climax occurrs at the time of the relaxing of the spasmed muscles, not the tightening of them).
This problem can be mostly corrected by taking a daily multi-vitamin low in fat-soluable vitables, because the fat-soluables easily clog up our muscles cells if we take too much.
The best remedy, however, is to exercise DAILY, not weekly or bi-weekly, by walking 30 minutes each day.

Ya, I was told it's some kind of vitamin problem, but I noticed if I am on my feet all day, lets say in the heat at a horseshow, my legs cramp up something awful. I take vitamins and gatorade because of dehydration. I don't cramp up anymore. As we get older and metabolism changes, intake has to change too. I am told even stress can cause imbalances, so the weather and sweating might not even have much to do with it, but I know it does many cases. PS, if ya sweat alot during sex, maybe consider a banana, gatorade, and vitamin before lol.

Eat Bananas...im serious. They have a vitamin in them that goes directly to your psyatic nerve and it restores blood flow to it. Eat one once a week, and you leg cramps will be no more.

 That Happened to me not to long ago,Almost fell out of the bed. But it was a good excuse for a leg massage.Than got right back to it. Was laughing about it afterwards.
