What do you think? I'd like to hear from open minded ladies or perhaps women who didn't marry some fat guy with money and decided to take the easy way out and have kids and stay at home:)

At some level of desperation for a roof over their head, someone may have to settle for this to survive.
I think the better question is, is it better to earn a relationship, or just pay money to someone in a desperate situation or who has no self esteem for it? What kind of person will this attract?

Ok, now I get where you're coming from Jessica....it's all over your profile.....
"I'd like to meet a women who is open minded and who is looking for a place to rent for very cheap, free:) I prefer a woman who doesn't mind my fetish and would herself wear pantyhose/teddy while at home. I would like to massage her feet after work and recieve a foot job in return:) Must be working, no students:)"
The person you would like to meet:
"Not really sure:) Everyone seems to uptight these days, no one has a sense of humor:( Is it so hard to meet a woman who just wants to have sex for fun?"
NOW I can answer the question "What do you think?"
Me thinks you're a manipulator Jessica and you're attempting to try to justify what you're seeking to do. Call that uptight? That's perfectly fine with me.

Hello Jessica, It's AngelLight again.......(MD Mods, please take notice)
It is clear that between your profile and your two threads "Renting space for fun in return :)" and "Cheaper rent for sexual fun" that you are soliciting sex, however "discreetly."
Does any of this sound familiar to you Jessica?

Online posts offer rooms in exchange for sex
By DAN GOODIN
ASSOCIATED PRESS
SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - In Atlanta, an online ad offers a room in exchange for "sex and light office duty." In Los Angeles, a one-bedroom pool house is free "to a girl that is skilled and willing." And in New York City, a $700-a.m.onth room is available at a discount to a fit female willing to provide sex.
On the widely used Web site Craigslist.org, some landlords and apartment dwellers looking for roommates are offering to accept sex in lieu of rent.
"They have to be attractive. I don't let just anybody come into my house," said Mike, a man who answered the phone at the New York City listing but declined to give his last name - and refused to say whether he has, in fact, collected the rent under the sheets.
The offering of shelter for sex is older than, well, real estate itself.
But the online come-ons are franker than anything you might see in the newspaper classifieds, because they are not edited by Craigslist, and perhaps also because the anonymity of the Internet often causes people to shed their inhibitions.
Trading housing for sex is a form of prostitution. But the police aren't kicking down doors.
Paul J. Browne, a deputy police commissioner in New York, said investigators have found that the Craigslist ads are frequently "little more than a form of voyeurism that didn't result in an actual exchange of sex for rent."
Craigslist provides mostly free classifieds for apartments, used cars and just about everything else in more than 200 cities in 35 countries.
"I usually rent the room for 600, but if you are really ticklish and willing to trade being tickled for the extra rent then we have a deal," writes a gay man offering a $350-a.m.onth room in the San Francisco Bay area.
An ad for a townhouse near Bradenton, Fla., seeks a "female that likes to be nude. Nothing more expected."

Good morning Jessica.
You should know you have been reported for soliciting sex on this site.
You do know there is a clearly stated rule about it. Whether the soliciting be in your profile, an e-mail you send to someone, on the forums or via a combination of the like.
And (no soliciting) is written as clear as day on or at the forum heading of Dating & Sex and Sex Talk.
You would have been wise to follow this rule even if other people matter not to you except for what you can get from them in exchange for rent.....to use someone who is poor or who cannot afford rent for your own personal gain is, well, deep down you know.
It really matters not what any of us think about "Cheaper rent for sexual fun:)."
What do you think about it?
Kindly answer your own question.

So, now what about people who provide home care in lieu of rent?
Whether that be, companionship to an elderly lady who needs some physical help, or taking care of some kids?
Do they somehow fall under your wrath?
Furthermore, AngelL, sorry to dissagree with you, but Jessica has done no direct solitiation, and it's all your deductions of her profile and another thread.
And if we are not solicting sex (and other things, such as relationships) on this website, what the hell are we doing?

Angel, i read that article in our local paper nearly 2 weeks ago, then shortly after, i came across Jessicas earlier thread you spoke of.........i couldn't believe the odds!. so i looked up her profile as well......and to tell you the truth, i figured the whole thing to be some kinda strange experiment by someone who read the same article! i was gonna call her out on it last week, but just let it go and see if anyone else would notice.........good job Angel!....

"So, now what about people who provide home care in lieu of rent?

Providing rent for sex and living at someone's home to care for an elderly person or child is completely different than what is happening here.....soliciting sex is what Jessica is doing....however tacit or "discreet".
None of what is written here is about my wrath per se.....it is about seeing a form of exploitation and responding to it and speaking up about it...
And, soliciting sex and seeking a relationship are also too very different things. Seeking a relationship that includes sex and soliciting sex are not the same. Jessica is offering goods for service which mirrors a business relationship, not a relationship in which love and sex are freely exchanged, with no strings attached.
I don't know what if anything you are soliciting Mango. I can't speak to that or to what anyone else is truly seeking.....I think people speak for themselves in relation to this via their written profiles or posts.

So, then what say you to this,
"I am fun loving gal seeking a generous man ....."
as written in a profile? Do you usually look at this and think "prostitute"?
We all know the lingo, but that doesn't mean one needs to be accused of "wrong-doing" based on some vague interpretation.

No Mango. I do not.....but this situation is not vague.
It's Quid Pro Quo.
From Dating & Sex Jessica started the thread "Renting space for fun in return:)" and she says:
"What do you think about the idea? I saw an ad in the paper the other day, something that originated from San Fran of course.... there were apartment listings offering cheaper rent for females willing to do favors:) I thought it was a good idea:)"
Now, look at her profile.......Quid Pro Quo.....it is not vague.
Edited for additional comment.
