Myself and a few other members are in the works of getting a get together going for Ohio, Indiana and surrounding area members. We have kicked around a trip to Kings Island as a possibility. Want to put out a feeler to see if there is any interest from the Ohio crowd. Kings Island was just an idea and we would welcome any other suggestions. Is anyone interested in a late summer get together? If so....post here or send me a private mail. Would love to see my fellow Buckeyes get involved and have some fun.

im game and would love and indiana and ohio meet maybe find a motel with a lounge for later in the evening for everyone to mingle would be great too Ron

Mailorderannie is the one who was working on getting a get together going. I will let her know there is interest from the Ohio members. Anyone have any suggestions as to what you would like to do? Kings Island was one suggestion. I'm all for it since I'm a coaster nut. Speak up if you have any other ideas. Be glad to hear them.

Dang...I'm going to bash this thing...LOL...I want to come...even though I'm in this poor state of KY....:-) I'll try to keep a lookout here as to when, and alas, if you guys don't mind, I'll join the crowd if at all possible. :-)

Of course you can come.....once we get a definate date and place. I'm crashing it as well....was started as an Indiana thing and I invited myself along!!! LOL Just trying to get some of the MD people together for a good time. Doesn't matter where you're from. The more the merrier.

I'm in. KI is good, a picnic at one of the county parks (reserve a shelter, bring a cooler), I can help with some logistics if help is needed.

I just emailed Annied, she has been having some things going on and hasn't had a chance to do much. I suggested camping to her too.
Hey Cincy, know any place around there that those of us who love to camp can camp, the others could get a motel room, party a little at the campground. (cheaper than buying drinks in a bar) Lots more fun too I think. I can cook some yummy food over a fire!! Then whoever wants to go to Kings Island can, and come back for a great meal. (if they aren't full of junk food)
I am just throwing out some ideas............
Somebody let me know, I am so ready for a road trip. If we decided to do the camping thing, since I am not working right now, I would be happy to get there early and set things up. I can get ahold of 1 big three room tent and prob a couple smaller ones. I have most all of the nessasary camping gear. Of course if anyone has specialties you would be incouraged to bring that along too.

I am new to this site but I saw that someone had suggested going to an Indians game and meeting new people..
If this is the case may I suggest getting club stadium seats it is a bit more expensive but with your tickets you get cushion seats, all the food you can eat such as BBQ chicken, pizza, pasta, salads, and shrimp....... As well as ice cream, pretzels and peanuts for free with the price of your tickets..
Just a helpful hint if you plan to do this.........
