I know our Oklahoma threads are pretty dead, but I thought I'd try this anyway.
There have been a few of us that have expressed interest in having a get together. I, for one, would love to meet some of my fellow Oklahoma MDers!
So what do you say.....something simple here in OKC or Tulsa. Maybe a picnic at a lake or zoo and then dinner and a night on the town.
I'm open to suggesions and the best time.
If we get enough interest, I post it under a "party hat".
Come on...let's have some fun!!

I choose Oklahoma City. The fact that I live here has nothing whatsoever to do with my choice  Sometime in May though, I'll be in WI visiting Jon/Jankia.

 ....mmmm....not in OK....but willing to join in....last year at Keystone State Park (Lake) was pretty neat.....  
Then again maybe Missourians are not welcome....

Well, mom....first ya would need to know how many of interest, then prolly cut that in about half....that be bout how many attend.
then you needs to figure...outdoorsy...or indoorsy for accommodations.
Been to about 4 MD meets so far.....never involved in the planning part, but certainly would not mind...

I am available most weekends and would enjoy getting to know some people in person. I don't drive cities though - been a country bumpkin too long... Maybe the outskirts somewhere? Purcell, Norman or BEAUTIFUL LAKE TEXOMA!!!

I am interested. That is way closer than the other one. I might be able to drive it. AND, if it happens at the right time, I may be moved by the time it happens. I will be further north when I move.
Where is Warrior? I want to see him there. And TT shouldn't be too far.

I've got an idea. Both the zoo and Frontier City have concerts...some really good concerts.
A day at either one, with a picnic, followed by a concert, then breckfast someplace the next morning!
I can look up the concert schedule if this sounds good to anyone.
