Oklahoma Pot-Luck/campout Change

Hello, all! I called the lady at Sequoyah Bay State Park today. As you can guess, most of the park is under water. There are only 12 tables available at this time and they are strictly first come/first served. Everyone beyond that cannot stay, as I understood her. Even if the water miraculously goes down by Saturday (and we are suppose to get more rain before then) it will still be wet, soggy, and a huge risk of getting vehicles stuck. Course, mud wrestling could be fun  . All that flood water isn't exactly the safest thing to swim in, either.
So my suggestion is to move our campout/cookout to just a cookout at maybe Honor Heights Park, same day, this Saturday. We could still have our Pot Luck picnic, play games and have fun. This gets my vote. What do the rest of you think? I will go along with the majority. Remember, only two more days to decide. There is also Tenkiller-my personal favorite, it is only 3.5 feet above normal, but I don't have transportation that far and I hate to set this up and then ask for a ride, lol. Then there is the possiblity of us all car pooling together, just throwing out the options. That only works if we are all on the same schedule. Let's decide quick. I DON'T WANT to cancel. Personally, I think Honor Heights Park would be the wisest choice, or possibly Sqaulding but then that is just my opinion  .

The final changes to our get-together are posted on the events calendar. The weather may alter things, but it won't stop us.
