The camp out was a success (from what I heard, as my ankle was iced and propped up). How about a picnic before the rains start? Let's keep it simple.

I think someplace between Eugene and Roseburg would work. I am doing some research on a location. A park that has a pavilion in case of rain.

There are several parks and lakes in the Cottage Grove area. How does that sound. That would give access to the Portland area people too.

bvan, how would we know who all would come to the picnic.  Anyone in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, or Cal if they wish. ENFB just threw out the idea.

That's the spirit, ENFP! Hey -- I still have some kite sticks, left over from the campout. We could fly kites at a picnic ... if it isn't stormy. And if it is, we can fly kites anyway and collect electricity in jars, like Ben Franklin did, and make our effort toward the alternative energy movement!

Since it's not picnic weather, how about some other kind of get together. Some people have been talking about getting together in Eugene. That sounds like fun 
I wish I could have made the campout. I was advised not to drive or operate machinery on the heavy duty pain pills and muscle relaxers I had to take from hurting my back.

December is about half over now. Is the event going to happen. I haven't heard much about it. Looks like a few people, aka Sally E and Justy might go North to mingle with the Washintonians. Traitors!! lolol! I plan to be in Eugene the 24th and 25th. Gonna spend Christmas with my " little ladies!"
