I want to know why the Oregon Message Board has just died like this

Even if we can't get it together for a gathering we can still come together as a community representing our state...

So I'd like to hear from Oregonians out there on this Thread...

I think that Lovinheart moved out of state didn't he?

Glad to see you are still here...there for awhile we had some conversation going on in the Oregon forum, maybe we can get it started again

We're having a bit of a coolish summer here, though it was nice for the 4th...how's your summer going?

Hey everyone!! I'm back from Wisconsin. What a drive that was. 2,320 miles pulling a uhaul tralor all the way. No problems though except I lost my cell phone along the way, and one time at a gas station the pump faiuled to shut off while I was cleaning the windshield, and it pumped about 10 gallons of gas out onto the ground. Yikes! that was costly!! BTW.. It's not fun getting stuck in rush hour in Minneapolis/St.Paul pulling a tralor.LOL. Went through 5 different states. One state a day. Took almost 5 days. We are doing very well together. It's great to have found the perfect package.. Good luck to you all. I'll be dropping by once in awhile time allowed. Maybe even drop a blog once again.

Hey Justy, you're not all that far from me if I'm reading my map right, are you over there by Monmouth? That's a nice area...do you get over to the coast much? I don't know why I thought that you were down South with all of those guys

Ah Geez Phil...HI Didn't mean to forget you...

Justy, I am 15 from Florence...on here is says that you are 68 miles from me, hmmm prolly coming down old 99. Yeah, use to have friends from Monmouth...Love that little Fairy that crosses the river there...Hope it's still there...Kinda going the way of the Drive in movies fairy's are.

Sure would like to do a Girl's get together...I think that would be fun (and less of the worrying about how many guys and how many girls are going to show like the camping trip). In fact I think if we'd had a girl's trip Before the mixed it would have been a totally different camp out.

Hey is right! Red, can I come to the girls get together. lolo. I never will get to meet you in person.

I am wondering what happened to Joy Monger Jim. He lived in Talent, about 25 miles down the road from me. I haven't heard anything about him since last year. That was at Valley of the Rogue Park. I failed to make it because of APA Regionals both Saturday and Sunday.

I just hope that one of these days we can get together and all of us meet each other. It would be fun.

I hope we can hear from others who used to write in once in a while. Red, thanks for getting this going again. They seem to respond to you better than me.

Have a dandy everyone!!

Justy...you Still have a drive in Movie???

Heck Girl I just might have to come see you...and go to the Movies of course

Yep, knew I was spelling Ferry wrong, but not enough Coffee and Couldn't for the life of me think of the correct spelling...Ha!

Yesss, if the women had met beforehand of the camping trip more would have felt comfortable coming...And then More of the men would have come, because a lot of them didn't show...they didn't think there would be any women

Don't know about Jim...But, has Anyone heard from MountainMan? He showed for the camping trip, And is a Very nice Man I must say

The summer this year reminds me of how it was when I was growing up in the valley in the summer...we had rain, though I must say not quite as much..still I Know that come August I will be Grateful for it so I'm trying not to complain about it. And I will have more water in my Creek!!!

And my Mom says that the Weather people are saying that the La Nina is suppose to be in effect this winter...Sooo, A Long Growing Season for My Garden

Welcome Mike!!

Well Red, I hope you have a great garden. I had one last year, but alas, my tiller wouldn't start for some reason. I get so tired hauling things back and forth to town to get fixed. . I just planted some zucchini and a couple tomatos . Wanted corn, onions ( Walla Wallas) , beets, peppers, cants, cukes, etc. Not this year.

It is supposed to warm up after us having this great 80 degree weather. 100 plus by Thursday I believe they predicted.

Any way we have great weather here in Oregon despite the couple of weeks of hot stuff. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

La Nina or not. Have a good one people!!
