god, whoever invented valentines day ought to be shot if not already dead. just a day for people to say something to someone they should say everyday so whats the point? and to the rest who don't have anyone to say that to its just another day to realize that we are pathetic and unloveable. maybe its just me..... OH WELL!

i feel the same way...but i pretend its just another day to spend time with people who DO love me...my friends. we have dinner and drink and look for single guys to flirt with. yeah, right, me, flirt? i hate valentines day!! you arent alone. im in the same boat you are...so, move over so i can help you row!!!

Hello all of you that are alone I too am alone I sit here in the country watching the snow come down it is so beautiful and so quiet not a car in sight and just the buggies going up and down on ther way to church.I love walking in the snow while it is still snowing BUT not alone but i will you know why because ...........Valintines day is kinda like christmas it is never celebrated for what it realy is.I myself love valentines day.Wether I am alone or not you see there is always some one that loves you and you are never realy alone.if you have a job,a froof over your head,one fiend to talk to or hell even AOL to talk to you should be thankful to this person GOD so as for what valintines day is all about it is to tell the ones you love I LOVE YOU so close your eyes and get on your knees and say happy valintines day GOD I LOVE YOU.

I think you may just be a little bitter is all. Yeah, we/they should say "I LOVE YOU" everyday... but if we can have one day where we get to actually celebrate it, might as well... just like Thanksgiving, we should give thanks everyday, or Christmas... why wait to be nice until Christmas? So, I don't think the person who "invented" Valentine's Day should be shot... you should just learn how to not be so miserable... maybe that's why you're alone today? Granted, I'm single and not doing anything tonite... but I still say "happy valentine's day" to people... if nothing else... take this day to spoil yourself a little... might as well, right?
So yeah, just relax.

i ususally don't celebrate valentines day at all... to me it's just another day (that and i usually don't have anyone to spend it with!!!)... this year though, i met a great guy but wouldn't ya know it, he's working outta town today... so, here i am again alone on valentines day and all i have to say is who needs a signifigant other today anyway!!! if you can't make yourself happy, no one else will!!!
