How long after you joined Matchdoctor did it take to find the dating forums in the blue toolbar? It seems like 90% of the emails I get, they have never posted in the forums. When they log on to MD, it appears they just come here to read and send emails and search. It seems to me if more posted it would get your profile more attention plus give people an idea of your personality and would generate more interest. I click on profiles everyday while reading the forums but I wish more from my area would post.

I think the majority of people here don't post in the forums.
I agree, though, it would be nice to see more locals posting in the general forums. I tend to forget about this Tennessee thread!

I've been a free member for about 5yrs now, didn't think I could post. Just started posting a few months ago. I've never dated anyone from here and doubt I will. I just come in here occasionally for amusement. Most people in dating sites are too judgemental for me. ie, "I want this perfect person that fits right into my mold" LOL, it's quite amusing. Sometimes I just enjoy pulling chains to see reactions. Take me with a grain of salt.

I popped in right away. But then I'm a forum-oriented person anyway.
I am continually amazed that some folks have been here for years though. Especially several years! I didn't have a clue this site had been here anywhere near that long, or others like it. Just never really ventured in that direction.
As previously stated though, forums offer a lot of insight on who is around and their general mindset about a lot of things. And that's important when considering someone we may want to spend time with. So I think they are entertaining, insightful and informative, and I'm certainly glad they're here.
What we need though, is a LOT more people representing Tennessee!

I haven't been on Matchdoctor very long and just started looking at some forums and started to post a little in the last week or two. Some interesting reading in some of the posts to say the least. I've started to click on some of the profiles of posters, kind of fun to find out a little about people after reading their comments.
