Suicide is not the answer... it makes all your friends and family worry more bout you.... There are good things to find instead of sad... LOOK at all ya friends whom love and care about you here  Suicide is just a way to solve your worries but it will only hurt ur family and friends more... You may think your not gonna suffer but your family will..... I know i keep hounding at the same point but currently I am dealin with this with a very close family member trust me its hard on all... talk bout whats bothering you!!!! PROMISE ME THAT

Suicide, never solves anything! We all have ups and downs in life. But I always say..everything gets better. There is nothing we cant conquer in life. I try to always stay postive about everything. I never let negative people in my life. And they are medications out that can change a persons depression and life.
We all give something to this world..if we dont see it or not.
I have had bad times, good times..we just have to think. Great things can be just ahead of us in life!!

It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I think we all go through feelings like this at one point or another. When I split from my sons father, I wanted nothing more than to run my jeep into a telephone pole. Not a joke. The only reason I didn't? My baby was in the back seat.
Time has passed and wounds are almost healed.
When ever you feel down, talk to a friend, you may think you have none at this point but you do. I care about you. You need to talk, call me, Ill give you me number.

I agree Sweetheart, we all have moments throughout our life.
Over a year and a half ago I was electrocuted on the job..I could have died. It opened my eyes, just great it is to be alive!! Now I suffer some problems that will last a lifetime..but I will thrive and live on. I live with pain everyday with no meds We are more stronger then we think we are!!!!!..But thanks to God..it wasnt my time..He chooses that. So I will endure, even though..workers comp sucks!!!! and your just a case number.lol..In the end..all will be good..Just keep living !!!!

anyone that commits suicide is a coward.....There's so much to llive for and if you can't see it then find something to live for....talk to someone about it....All the people you leave behind will never forgive you....

I suffer from depression personally... But to date, I haven't found anything that really helps. Sorry.
Perhaps I'll read through all these posts and see if there's something I haven't tried myself.

Suicide....
The thought has crossed my mind. Especially since so many people have told me the world would be a much better place if I did...
However, the only thing I have left to live for is the Arts. And I refuse to die, even naturally, until I have left a permenent mark.

Holy f*cking sh*t!! I leave you people alone for two weeks and you're already taking about suicide?!?!?! 
Cures for depression: Turn off the "idiot box" (aka television).. Stop watching that damn thing.. especially the news. Don't read the paper.
Go for a walk OUTSIDE! If you don't have any friends, get a dog. They're smarter and more fun than most people I know anyway. Go fishing (take your new dog). Go to the park (with new dog).. (and on a side note: chicks like dogs.. and owners that play with their dogs... *wink wink*) meet chicks... get laid...
end of depression...
